  • Admission Process

    If you are interested in enrolling your child in our school, please contact the main office by email, our online inquiry form, or by calling (413) 253-3101.

    You will be invited to tour the school and observe our classrooms in action.

    After observing our classrooms, families are invited to apply to our school.  You may download or enrollment application or feel free request to have them mailed.

    When we receive your application, a teacher will call you to arrange a time for your child to visit the teacher at the school.

    Following the child’s visit, the office will contact the family in order to establish a start date and arrange for the appropriate paperwork to be completed.

    Admission Deadlines

    January 10: Re-enrollment contracts sent out to returning families.
    February 29: Re-enrollment contracts due back.
    February 10: Applications due from newly applying families.
    March 10: Admission decisions mailed to new applicants.

    Rolling Admission:

    Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, depending on space availability, beyond deadline dates. Families that do not re-enroll by the re-enrollment deadline risk the chance that their child’s space may be filled by a newly-applying child.
