    We are searching for a Children's House Teacher and Assistant Teachers for the 2008-2009 school year. Our benefits package includes Medical and Dental, TIAA/CREF and Aflak.  The school was established in 1969, and serves a diverse community of families from our surrounding towns.

    Amherst is situated in the heart of the New England countryside between Boston and New York, close to the Berkshires, Vermont, and New Hampshire. The local Five College consortium (Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, Hampshire College, Amherst College and the University of Massachusetts) provides a rich cultural, intellectual and artistic base for the area.

    The Amherst Montessori School is always seeking to increase its list of available substitute teachers.
