For the young child, learning comes from a natural interaction with the environment as well as from observing others. Attention to quality and beauty are essential in attracting the child to the activities in the classroom. The young child is curious, learning more in the first three years of life than at any other time. By providing an attractive, enjoyable, organized and child-centered environment, our Toddler Program enables the child to be free to fully explore and experience the learning-rich, prepared environment.

From this environment come concentration, a clear and peaceful mind, a profound sense of security and respect for others and one's self. The program constantly evolves based on the needs of the children while remaining firmly grounded in the Montessori education philosophy. Each day includes time for individual and small group activities, circle, snack and outdoor play. We invite you to observe this classroom and imagine your child participating in it.
